Safety
Food Safety is fully embedded in every aspect of our business. Our facilities in B.C. and AB are federally inspected with a dedicated CFIA inspector. Our HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system complies with all the requirements of the FSEP (Food Safety Enhancement Program). Our HACCP co-ordinator ensures that defined responsibilities are designated, monitored and recorded.
