Our Story

Hardy Sales Ltd. is a family owned and operated company since 1982. Our company was started by Jerry Hardy, who spent the previous 30 years with Canada Packers in sales and as a beef manager at many of their plants across Canada. Jerry retired in 1997 and his son Steve took over and began expanding our distribution by building our Langley warehouse in 2004 and our Calgary warehouse in 2006.

His sons, Zane and Nate, joined the company in 2008 and 2011 and now run the day-to-day operations of the business. The business has since developed as meat processors outside of Western Canada needed knowledgeable meat specialists to represent their product lines.

Carrying a large inventory of fresh and frozen products in our two regional warehouses, we provide next day service to our customers for meat, deli, seafood, and bakery products. We have grown from a two person company working from the basement of Jerry's home to Canada's foremost distributor.

As our business grew, so did our staff. Our core values are central to our culture and guide our decisions every day.

Zane leads the long-term vision and strategic growth of Hardy Sales, focusing on expanding capabilities, strengthening key relationships, and guiding the company's evolution.

Nate Hardy

Vice President / Integrator

Nate is responsible for aligning operations, sales, logistics, and finance to ensure company-wide execution of goals.

Marco Camacho

Sales & Marketing Manager

Marco leads our commercial strategy, overseeing customer relationships, sales team performance, and marketing initiatives.

Dean Svenson

Operations Manager

Dean oversees warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain operations across our facilities.

Pat Moore

Foodservice Manager

Pat manages procurement and vendor relations for our domestic product portfolio, ensuring consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.

Shaun Vickers

International Product Manager

Shaun leads international sourcing and supplier partnerships, ensuring we deliver high-quality imported products to the Canadian market.
