Hardy Sales Ltd. is a family owned and operated company since 1982. Our company was started by Jerry Hardy, who spent the previous 30 years with Canada Packers in sales and as a beef manager at many of their plants across Canada. Jerry retired in 1997 and his son Steve took over and began expanding our distribution by building our Langley warehouse in 2004 and our Calgary warehouse in 2006. His sons, Zane and Nate, joined the company in 2008 and 2011 and now run the day-to-day operations of the business.
The business has since developed as meat processors outside of Western Canada needed knowledgeable meat specialists to represent their product lines. Carrying a large inventory of fresh and frozen products in our two regional warehouses, we provide next day service to our customers for meat, deli, seafood, and bakery products. We have grown from a two person company working from the basement of Jerry's home to Western Canada's foremost distributor.
As our business grew, so did our sales and administration staff. Our powerful core values are incredibly important to our company culture, and are represented by each and every team member throughout our organization.
Dedication - A commitment to each other.
Drive - Never be satisfied with good enough.
Team players - Respectful and supportive of each other.
Personable - A proper balance of confidence and humility.
Integrity - Do the right thing.
